USA withdrew from the anti ballistic missile treaty in 2002 and put missiles in Romania and Poland that had nuclear warhead capabilities, 2019 USA withdrew from the INF treaty (intermediate range nuclear forces). US thinks they will be immune to nuclear war and ramps up threat by putting nukes in EU countries. They forget RU has submarines that can fire nukes.
