  2. the USA are laughing all the way to the bank. Years before this war they created gas infrastructure at their ports and as soon as the US blew up Nord Stream amazingly the US could supply gas to EU via their ports - imagine the luck of that! The loss of cheap gas has meant the German steel industry will collapse - no steel - no Leopard tanks, so NATO will need to buy US tanks in the future.
