  2. as usual, NATO will have a summit to end the fighting - all withour inviting RU to the discussions. ony when RU is happy with the agreements with iron clad guarantees that the west will not re-arm UA to continue shelling the Donbas will this end. the fact that RU has been lied to before by the USA will make this difficult and any agreement is not worth the paper it is written on, it started with the US lies to the American Indians and continues to this day
