  1. what happened to the last peacetalks between RU & the west as brokered by France & Germany? Merkal openly admitted they were a sham to give the west time to arm, train and fund UA military by NATO to NATO standards with one goal - go to war with RU. Any document signed by the USA isn't worth the paper it is rinted on, it started with the American Indians in the 1800's and continues to this day
