  1. This is not because of Putin, but because the residents of Donetsk have expressed no desire for their children to learn the Ukrainian language in school. For example, in Crimea there are three national languages-Russian, Ukrainian and Tatar. I wouldn't want to learn a language of the people who had been shelling and murdering civilians for 8 years since 2014
