  3. acting like a dictator? he IS a dictator - started from when he banned opposition parties, jailed opposition leaders, shut down all media apart from 1 state run network, threatened / jailed / killed reporters who report the truth (RIP Gonzalo Lira), sent his military into the 1000 year old UA church to arrest priests and nuns, banned elections.
