IF Europe kept their end of the bargain and allowed RU to ship fertilizer as was the agreement then the deal would have been extended. Instead EU did not, along with transporting weapons in the empty cargo ships returning to UA. Russia has talked to African leaders to ensure THEY will get the grain they need. Unlike before where a fraction (7%) was shipped to Africa and the EU held the rest, AND the EU has blocked UA grain sales to Europe. So who was tricked again?

RU is sending 50,000 tonnes of FREE grain to Burjina Faso, Zimbabwe, Mali, Central African Republic & Entrea. over 70% of grain ends up in high paying markets in Europe while Sudan got less than 3%. Now with RU making sure the grain goes to Africa, the west can no longer lie and report how RU is weaponising food, like how they accused RU of weaponising energy when Nord Stream was in operation, unlike the USA who weaponises the US$ not only by stealing countries money but putting them on sanctions which is illegal and an act of war
