  1. RU was trying to get the west to enforce insk 1 & Minsk 2 as brokered by France & germany. Dec 2021 RU sent the USA & NATO a draft for security framework in EU to prevent conflict. Stoltenberg is on video saying they received it. Oleksii Arestovych, former military officer & aid to UA president is on video saying the price for UA to enter NATO is to provoke war with RU that leads to RU defeat. Arestovych is also on video saying RU e=was extremely generous with concessions all in UA favour including removal of all troops for neutrality - then Boris Johnson told Zelensky not to sign peace. Victoria Nuland is on video saying peace was signed in 2022 but the conditions were unsuitable for the USA & UK so RU did not want UA. it is the west who wants to break apart RU into republics under control of EU all so the west can rape RU of its oil, gas and minerals - EU leaders showed maps of RU broken apart in 2019 from memory
