  1. any document signed by the USA isn't worth the paper it is printed on, it started with the American Indians in the 1800's and continues to this day. Same with the collective west due to ignoring Minsk 1 & 2. Part of UA's independance agreement with the Soviet Union was written in their constitution of permanent neutrality - once again the USA would have forced UA to delete / rewrite that component to allow them to join an organisation openly hostile to RU
