He would have said "if you told me that I would have ended the war 3 months ago, then I would have defeated the Russians AND got the Nobel Peace Prize" - proof the NPP's a joke - they gave it to Obama who bombed (that is acknowledged & known of) Afghanistan, Libya, Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, Iraq, Syria. He even said when accepting the prize that wars are "morally justified"
