  1. I watch your videos for 2 things.... 1. You are definately an entertaining and personable host! 2. To see ABSOLUTELY how moronic NYC is with prices. I DONT CARE IF ITS NEW YORK CITY! For $4200 a month ANYWHERE else (except maybe South CA.) you can get HOUSE w/garage AND basement WITH land. No way someone in their right mind would pay these prices.
