  2. Aint no way in HELL i would pay rent for crap apartments. NYC or not. For these prices EVERYBODY could get a $400,000 house or better in the MidWest. Backyard,great kitchens, garage, multiple bedrooms AND bathrooms that arent ridiculously small. Cash move to the MidWest. You will LOVE it here.
