A company can only afford to lose money on a DEI hire for so long. And a company can only afford to lose competent employees who have moved on over DEI hires for so long.

@Black_Void_ A lot of my clients hire us because their DEI hires are simply not up to the task. Several times the engineer I sent them were their former employees that left over being passed over for an incompetent DEI hire.

How did she (assuming THEIR pronouns) get hired in the first place? My clients have made it clear that they expect any Engineer I send them to dress and behave in a very professional manner.

@SittingComfortably A woman/policy like that was the reason I left my job and started my own company. As we grew and added employees guess where I found them? My former employer lasted about another 5 years.
