  4.  @sp_37-d91  Then why are home priced dropping in Austin? For a few years people have been paying ridiculous prices for collector cars and vintage guitars. That's correcting as well. You don't have any real experience with ant of the above do you?

  5.  @MasterRoss-sn7dl  Glad all of my friends got out a couple of years ago. Feel bad for those that paid waaaay to much. If they could get financing they're probably waaaay upside down.
