Several years ago I had to fire a Petroleum Engineer because he insisted on debating politics in the office. Even though his collogues wanted to keep it out of the work place. Sued me (and lost) over it. He and his wife went all in on Biden. Less than a month after the election he lost his previously successful business. He's a Ukrainian immigrant. His wife is Israeli.
