  1. I worked with a Ukrainian that missed communism. His grandfather literally wrote the books on it. I found out from another Ukrainian that his grandfather would get him a high paying job he wasn't qualified for (firing someone to do it). After he drove the company into the ground he'd be moved to another company in a position he wasn't qualified for. Wash rinse repeat. When the USSR fell grandpa had an "accident" and the fellow I knew fled the country.
