  1. I've spoken to an acquaintance here in Texas that has a very large ranch. She said that most ranchers have every head backordered. She is simply not selling to Kalifornia. It won't effect her in the least.

  2.  @kenbrown2808  She raises Wagyu beef and Bison as well as cattle. Maybe more. So I really don't know how far the demand for her product goes. I'll see her this Sunday so I can ask.
