I'd like to know more. A prospective client demanded that I sign an NCA the stated for 7 years my engineering company would need their approval to take on any engineering projects. And forced arbitration would take place in Croatia. I left the building as soon as I could stop laughing.

@seeigecannon A bit extreme. Good they had a CEO that could read and comprehend. I've signed NDA's concerning a clients intellectual property and privacy. Perfectly understandable. I've also had clients that demanded an NDA/NCA that would have forced me to drop most of our other clients.
