  2.  @jiaan100  The first time I was asked (I lived in Georgia) if by my opinion was there was ever an excuse to resist arrest. I said that my opinion was irrelevant. There are laws on the books here in this state enacted during the Civil Right Movement when at the time getting into a police car meant never being seen again. Every juror that heard me say that was excused. The second time was in Texas. I don't remember the issue but I was asked if I could remain impartial. I said I didn't know if I could and was excused.
