The only thing I can think of that women can compete equally with men are shooting sports. Then again it might be the complete absence of liberal women in the sports. Maybe an all conservative (The Trumpets?) female soccer team could beat a team of teenage boys?

20:10 I've had that happen to me. My response was, "A female Head of Engineering? That's adorable." She went whining to HR. Probably had to explain why she referred to her boss as "she". All I know is she was taken off the team and shot me dirty looks.
