My highest paid engineer in a woman. She works harder and more hours that any man. She is a rarity. All of the other female engineers I've ever met refuse to get their hands dirty.

@coiledsteel8344 The kind of engineers I hire don't belong to unions. Mostly electrical and mechanical. I've had a lot of good female engineers. But only one was willing to take the more demanding contracts.

@L1qu1dus_Snake I find that in the beginning it's all equal. But women don't seem to want the more difficult contracts. Travel and 3rd world assignments. Has nothing to do with abilities but choices.
