I just read that women in the work place feel isolated. Their male coworkers only interact with them when necessary. No polite conversation. No drinks after work with the team. No invites to weekend BBQ's. Most practice outright avoidance. The men prefer all communications by email or text. So they can keep a record.

@d3br0n My female assistant of 20 years (who I trust implicitly) is present any time I'm behind closed doors with a woman in a professional setting. When she and I travel together we stay in different hotels or at least different wings/floors to eliminate any appearance of impropriety. I am not getting me2ed .

@G.Harley.Davidson Fortunately all of my employees are engineers (and over 40). Two groups than tend to be conservative and not to be idiots. And my highest paid employee is a woman (she's a beast of an Engineer). But after reading about this new phenomenon I'm noticing the way my clients have changed. The men are isolating the women. They speak in short sentences and never engage in even the most innocent personal conversations. The guys in accounting...they all brought their kids on a fishing trip. The guys in marketing...they went out Friday after work and got raging drunk. The lady at the desk next to them. They don't know her first name. They try to only communicate with her through corporate email and text...and I bet they keep copies.

@lanceroyal699 I've gotten resume's from waman with questionable social media. Talking about how they are going to smash the patriarchy. Detailing how they will go (or have gone) to HR over anything and everything to get as many men fired as possible. They didn't get hired either. Don't say that on any social media that can be traced back to you.

@MAte925 Just recently (and for the second time) I'm witnessing a woman make all sorts of claims now that her husband found out that she was the corporate bicycle. The first time was 30 years ago. I would have loved to have been there the first time when the government EEOC investigator told the husband that the several (over a dozen that I know of) "encounters" she had were consensual. He later found out that his wife was also a badge bunny and did several other officers he worked with before they met. And she was 18. One day three guys came into the office irate because she gave them all chlamydia.
