@snarkymoosesshack8793 I was involved in a justified use of lethal force. There were also two witnesses. My lawyer didn't allow me to even make a statement to police. No deposition. No comments to anyone whatsoever. He said that nothing I say can help (already two witnesses) but everything I say may hurt. Any comment that differed in the slightest from the witnesses could lead to prosecution.

@nono-yw3tv General Flynn was prosecuted for basically not understanding a question. The court room should have been the first time he spoke to the prosecution. Any deposition should have been done completely through his attorney. Never speak to the police or prosecution without going through a lawyer.
