  1. I bet when you introduce yourself you don't include you pronouns. When an applicant does I don't even consider their resume. I've had days with 20 interviews and all but 5 immediately eliminated from consideration. They're always more trouble than they are worth.

  3. What these entitled 20 somethings don't understand is that a company loses money hiring a recent grad. They know nothing other than what someone else told them. It can take a year before they earn their keep. And they aren't loyal. They will leave the company that invested in them and believed in them for $1.23 more per year.
