  1. Reminds me of when I was a little kid New Orleans Mayor Marc Morial said something like NO is a b!ack city for b!ack people and wy-te people can just leave. And they did. Quickly and in droves. He and his predecessor Sidney ($1/day tax on wy-te people) Barthelemy began the city's downward spiral.
