I lived in New Orleans where for 30 years corrupt DA Harry Connick Sr railroaded poor uneducated or very young bl@ck men for crimes he knew they didn't commit. Just to keep his stats up. Many spent decades on death row. Some may have been eggz-e-cuted. So long as evil men like that have power I can't support the death penalty.
