  1. In high school I drove a tow truck (legal then) and was contracted to state an local police. It was incredible the stupidity of some. Towed a car for impound after an arrest. 100 mph, expired tags. Officers found the trunk, back and passenger seats with garbage bags full of "electric lettuce." Happened more than once. Driving like an idiot with expired tags and a car full of felony?
