I tell you what. If an applicant mentions the word "activist" anywhere on their application or social media they are immediately disqualified. And that's about 1/3 of all new graduates.

@hieug.rection1920 A few years ago I received an application from a young lady with a Masters from Caltech in Engineering. She should be able to write her own ticket. But just a quick scan of her social media made her unhireable. Since then a few times a year she reapplies. From her resume I can see that she is still working at the same vintage clothing store. A quick search of her social media shows she is still getting arrested for acts of violence against "Na-z!s". And by Na-z! she means anyone that disagrees with her ever changing political agenda. Oh, and anyone with their "personal pronouns" on their application, resume or social media is unhireable.

@HiddenOcelot I have a friend that works for another company and keeps getting these entitled leftists dumped on him. He assigning them to projects in various 3rd world "socialist paradises" until either they get red pilled or just quit. He said it's funny how the entitled guilty white liberals who refuse to go can be shamed into it by hinting that they are just racist. His favorite response to their initial refusal is, "Yeah, I understand that you are uncomfortable around us brown people..." They cave every time.

@jamesjoseph1249 I checked the social media of one blue haired applicant (already a big no). She stated she would dismantle the corporate patriarchy by going to HR and suing any time she didn't get her way. Yeah, she had a chance of getting hired.
