  3. I'm 6'7" 260lbs. When I spar with women I go light light contact while they go flat out. Even women that are much more highly skilled just wear themselves out.

  6.  @xkidmidnightx  I like sparring with women. Some are exceptionally fast. A few have been like fighting a ghost. But I'd never spar with anything other than light contact on my part.
