  1. I'm interviewing CalTech engineering recent grads that are complete idiots. They know less than I did in high school. At some point during the interview I usually ask them to interview me. About myself, the company and the job. They ask about out commitment to equity and social justice. Safe spaces for POC's and other marginalized groups. Last year I interviewed one that thought she could drive to the country of Europe. I can't hire these people.
