@rcbryant10 20ish years ago I was hired to solve their water problems. Done it many time all over the world. Handed my plan to Gov Davis. Within days he and his cronies turned my plan into an unrecognizable, unattainable, massive cluster f***. Never happened and the water problem is even worse. I have irrigated friggin' deserts across N Africa <the sound of me patting myself on the back> with much less water. But the corruption and outright stupidity in California was just too much to overcome.
