My best friend is one of the world's foremost authorities on network security and networking. He's white. When Obama came into office his contract wasn't renewed. The contract was awarded to a black guy with zero qualifications who subcontracted everything. Shortly thereafter there was a massive data breech by the Chinese. By the same token my company has received contracts for no other reason than I'm black and my partner is gay. We are very qualified but it didn't matter.
