  1. Yes for some sanctions against Russia. No for sanctions that causes lot more damages for us in the EU than for Russia, energy is just that area. Having or not having energy is simply a phisical question and not an ideological one. It is clear now that independency from russian energy sources would take several years and cost a huge amount of extra money. The EU is not able to replace quick all energy need and oil/gas import from Russia. And the alternative deliveries from other countries cover just a part, far from the whole energy need of the EU. And that cost several times higher. Alternative deliveries also come from several countries with high level of democratic and corruption problem - that is a doble standard from the EU👎. Furthermore the oil and gas replacement is far more unsustainable both in production and trasportation than the oil and gas from Russia. What we get is not an indepency from russian energy sources but dependency from other countries at several times higher prices - really bad deal for us in the EU that also decreases strong the competetiveness of EU countries globally. A too fast cut off would easily result cold homes around the EU during the winter season, large amount of crashed companies with massiv unemployment. The EU bureaucracy should shown more strategical calm instead of shooting the EU self into its heart with ideologically motivated energy santcions. It's time for the EU working for peace in Ukraine instead of making the whole situation even worse.
