  10. Adults above 18 years of age has the right and total freedom accordig the frame of laws to choose the different ways in their own life. On the other hand, minors are protected from different things based on logical reasons. For ex minors are protected from consuming alcohol or smooking and there is not allowed to address comercials to minors regarding these products. Minors are not alowed to drive cars neither, all of us adults realize why. LGBT should have the same focus when we protect our minors from different things and issues in life meaning that minors should grown up and be adults first and then make there own decisions in their own life. Let children live as children. Let parents decide how to raise there own children.

  12. There is absolutely no discrimination from the side of Hungarian authorities regarding the price cap of fuel at petrol stations in the country. Everyone living in Hungary and having a registered car in the country has equally posibility to buy fuel with price cap for maximum 50 liter of fuel at a time. Above that every people owning car registered in Hungary must pay the market price. It is just understandable, as the price cap is financed by taxes payed in Hungary, the price cap is ment for people living and paying taxes in the country. People outside Hungary with cars not registered in Hunghary can still buy fuel in Hungary for market price. By the way, governments in every EU member state still have the possibility to introduce the price cap for fuel in their country. The price cap in this case works as a kind of "membership" in some community. For ex. you can be a member of "privilaged consumers" at a retailer in a country and get offers for special prices no other can get if they are not members. The idea of price cap for fuel in Hungary is something similar and the EU bureaucrat has absolutely nothing to do with that.

In other words, discounted price is not a right for everyone just for a group of people. For ex as a consumer I can have a membership card at a petrol company and that membership card gives me for ex the right to buy fuels and other products for discounted price at the gasoline stations that company run. Do all consumers get a membership card at a petrol company? Not at all! One important issue to have such a membership card is beeing a registered inhabitant with personal number in that country. Is this a matter of disrimination? Not at all, the petrol company still sellss all the fuels and other products at market price for any consumer but a group of consumers can apply and can get membership card included even price discount. That is the way even how price cap on fuel as a kind of price discount in Hungary should be seen, EU!

  89. There is absolutely no discrimination from the side of Hungarian authorities regarding the price cap of fuel at petrol stations in the country that results different prices. Everyone living in Hungary and having a registered car in the country has equally posibility to buy fuel with price cap for maximum 50 liter of fuel at a time. Above that every people owning car registered in Hungary must pay the market price. It is just understandable, as the price cap is financed by taxes payed in Hungary, the price cap is ment for people living and paying taxes in the country. People outside Hungary with cars not registered in Hunghary can still buy fuel in Hungary for market price. By the way, governments in every EU member state still have the possibility to introduce the price cap for fuel in their country. The price cap in this case works as a kind of "membership" in some community. For ex. you can be a member of "privilaged consumers" at a retailer in a country and get offers for special prices no other can get if they are not members. The idea of price cap for fuel in Hungary is something similar and the EU bureaucrat has absolutely nothing to do with that.

Having or not having energy is simply a phisical question and not an ideological one. It is clear now that independency from russian energy sources would take several years and cost a huge amount of extra money. The EU is not able to replace quick all energy need and oil/gas import from Russia. And the alternative deliveries from other countries cover just a part, far from the whole energy need of the EU. And that cost several times higher. Alternative deliveries also come from several countries with high level of democratic and corruption problem - that is a doble standard from the EU👎. Furthermore the oil and gas replacement is far more unsustainable both in production and trasportation than the oil and gas from Russia. What we get is not an indepency from russian energy sources but dependency from other countries at several times higher prices - really bad deal for us in the EU that also decreases strong the competetiveness of EU countries globally. A too fast cut off would easily result cold homes around the EU during the winter season, large amount of crashed companies with massiv unemployment. The EU bureaucracy should shown more strategical calm instead of shooting the EU self into its heart with ideologically motivated energy santcions. It's time for the EU working for peace in Ukraine instead of making the whole situation even worse.

It takes long time to replaice all oil and gas from Russia with supplies from other countries which also would cost several times more than today. Several EU countries just can't swith off the oil and gas supplies over the night from Russia because that would cause enormous damages for the economy in EU with massive unemployment in companies shutting down their production and crisis for the housholds. So the main focus should be to keep economy on track in the EU and even accept paying for gas and oil from Russia over a time period in that currency in the way that is necessary in the current situation. The EU Comission should help the member states and not make bad much worse by threatening EU members in a crises like the sadly ongoing war in Ukraine!

There is a moralical point where there is no reason to sacrify more lives because saving lives must have the highest priority above all disputes, conflicts which basicly are about economic and power interests. That should have the most important moralic prio for the EU right now. It is disguisting that the EU yet wants to escalate this war and not works on the seize-fire.

Instead, after more than a half year, the war has escalated, Russia has earned far more money on selling crude oil and nat. gas than 2021, the rubel is stronger than in the beginning of the war but WE, the people and the economy in the EU will die in the sanctions. Eighter the politicians in the EU are incompetent and stupid or they are criminal gamblers serving foreign interests instead of the interests of us, the people in the EU!!!
