  1. Olive Oil is a seed oil that is correct BUT there is no chemical process in its extraction. it is 100% mechanical(they simply squeeze the shit out of it) process. Canola/Sunflower/Palm/Soybean oils were originally made as lubrication for aircraft in WW2
