There si simply no porpouse arguing with a police officer. They are going to do their job as best as they can, to their knowledge. HOWEVER, if they are mistaken (wich happens from time to time), the moment to argue is IN FRONT OF A JUDGE, and the person arguing should not be you, BUT YOUR LAWYER. The fact that she clinged to a suposed legal tecnicality wich such desperation, makes me wonder if she wasn`t trying to take the child away to a place where the father couldn`t enforce his rights ) perhaps even outside of the country). THAT`S CALLED KIDNAPPING.........
