@wonder6789 The Budapest memorandum was agreed with a Ukrainian pledge for neutrality stated in their constitution. But Ukraine betrayed the Kremlin when after the 2014 western funded coup changed their constitution in order to join NATO. Get better informed and GROW UP!

I am talking of recent time, time after the collapse of the Soviets, independence of a neutral ukraine and NATO's relentless march toward Russian borders something the west promissed to the Russians they would never do!
