President Trump was vilified by most European & NATO allies especially the British to this day for daring to state the obvious that most of Europe was not doing enough for its own defense for decades. They disparage President Trump even though every American President since President Eisenhower made the same criticism. Especially galling to Europeans was President Trump daring to criticize them for exporting to Russia billions of Euros for oil/ LNG. Now those Russian weapons developed and manufactured with those profits kill thousands of Ukrainians and threatens all of Europe.
