  1. President Biden and democrats in Congress are holding up additional U.S. funding for Ukraine. Biden has all the necessary authority without any further Congressional action to send excess American military equipment and ammo including ATACMS. As General Hodges, former U.S. Army Europe commander, said for the past 2 years, President Biden must declare it is American policy that Ukraine wins this war, spells out to the American people why this is critical to American national security and quickly provides Ukraine all the necessary equipment and ammo to do that. For two years, Biden has done none of these things. As the leader of the free world and a candidate for president who claimed he could get bipartisan action done in Congress, the current grinding war with no end in sight is one more Biden failure among a growing list of foreign policy failures.
