Increasing numbers of American voters are clearly aware of the Biden administration's political basis of these legal cases. This is why more than a few voters who previously voted for Biden in most swing states increasingly plan to vote for President Trump in 2024. This is why President Trump's poll numbers increased rapidly since February 2023 with every new politically motivated court case. This is a major factor in why President Biden polls at the lowest levels even below President Trump at this point in his presidency. Even David Axelrod, Obama's advisor, agrees with this assessment. President Biden is increasingly and correctly seen as weak and untrustworthy. It was many European allies who also criticized Biden's disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.
