Unfortunately, Biden pulled these troops out of Ukraine before Russia's third invasion. What the nearly three years of the Biden-Harris approach to the war in Ukraine is they neither supported a Ukrainian victory or loss in this war. By trickling barely enough military aid for Ukraine to survive greatly reduced any impact American and other NATO country aid had on the battlefield. Worse, this slow trickle of aid rapidly depleted American and NATO critical stockpiles while prolonging this war resulting in tens of thousands of Ukrainian deaths, loss of more Ukrainian land and catastrophic destruction of Ukrainian infrastructure.
