  1. General Hodges ignores the history of WW2, the Cold War and President Trump's administration when talking about forcing Russia to abide by any negotiated resolutions of this war. Like the Soviet Union before, Russia respects credible American threats of the use of force against any Russian treaty violation employed by Presidents Truman, Eisenhower, Reagan and Trump. America defeated the Soviet Union and later the Russians by forcefully confronting the Russians whether it was Stalin, Khrushchev or Putin. President Reagan was vilified by then Senator Joe Biden for initiating the development of the anti-missile defense or the origins of today's Patriot missile defense system as recklessly provoking the Russians. Because of his hatred of President Trump, General Hodges cannot bring himself to see that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were never committed to Ukraine's victory nor providing them everything needed to achieve this goal.

General Hodges enables President Biden's weak and incompetent leadership to continue by blaming the United States or the United States government instead of Joe Biden and no Kamala Harris silent for the past 38 days. For two and a half years, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris ignore General Hodges like the Obama-Biden administration did when he was the US Army Europe Commanding General.
