If it's constitutional not to have elections during a time of war, then Ukraine should not have had elections since Russia's invasions in 2014 when this war began. If an armistice is signed then the war technically has not ended so elections can be postponed indefinitely. Technically, the Republic of Korea still at war with North Korea should also suspend elections. If the Brits whose military is so small it cannot fill a stadium are unhappy, President Trump is doing the right thing.
