Stop welcoming and looking after them, that's the pull factor. Send them back home immediately, if you do that for a couple of weeks they will stop coming, but nobody wants to do it, if you let them stay, more will come, you want to introduce biometric checks on business people and tourists and make them apply for visas, so complicating things for those coming to spend money, but you let these people do as they please and wander around with no action and even give them money. No wonder they are coming, if i was in a poor country I would be interested in coming too !!
