  1. I disagree about drawing hard conclusions. We all do this, constantly throughout our lives and we shouldn't be using caveats to save face or prevent the ire of criticism. E.g. We often encounter driving errors, yet label the 'offender' as a bad driver or worse - hard conclusion about the person drawn.
