  1. I saw the same thing on the A515 in the Midlands. The offender overtook myself and a red Skoda Octavia VRS.....the Skoda was a unmarked Police car and took off after him. It get's better! The offender was blocked by a tipper lorry that saw this whilst he was waiting to join the road. 😁
