People are far more capable and stronger than our society has lead us to believe, it's just that the west is comfortable. We've traded stresses that we've learned to cope with and overcome; stresses that have shaped our species. For stresses that detract, debilitate and cause mental health problem. Look at the peoples that live this life style and tell me something inside you doesn't ache or knock back.
