Yeah you're correct. VICE doesn't expect people with experience in "locating individuals" to be watching and in all honesty, anyone on these 'informer' videos aren't really people that are that dangerous/valuable/vulnerable. These videos are just amazing for your average joe on youtube, nothing more.

@minormarley5195 You're insinuating quite a lot. Not sure what you're getting at; why not just come out with it? You put words to it, I'll tell you you if you're correct or close or not, then you can feel intimidated or insecure somewhere else. Deal? @minormarley5195 You're deflecting from what I simply asked: Type what you actually mean. Your free to assume whatever you like, yet when you won't - not can't - plainly state your point, it's just arguing with yourself. Not sure what you were looking to get from this as this is as all you've done is tell me you've confirmed your assumptions. Not actually made any point. It's just strange - common though.
