It's the <18 age group I fear for. In the UK, I reckon we'll start seeing younger people starting work sooner, living with their parents for much longer and the second hand car market will boom. They won't have the means to pay for student debt, so University's off the table, nor will they be able to take a car loan out.

@reheyesd8666 In fairness, the entry to many non-skilled jobs require degrees. I wanted to join the British Army as an Officer, yet didn't have the education required. I got a degree as an adult, many years later, which to this day was still a waste of money.

@Searly255 I'm in agreement. Can't see the production of electric cars being sustainable, considering all the rare materials required. The same materials needed for all our other technology. I have an F reg volvo 740 that's had less issues than the phev hybrid that needed returning after a month of ownership 🙄

@reheyesd8666 Tell me about it! I didn't have the family name either, so that wouldn't of helped. I still went in though and learned valuable wisdom, gained valuable experience.
