  4. America's homeless issue is all down to certain people profiting from the issue. China is more likely to simply mass execute those that are issues. These Chinese people are under a tyrannical dictatorship, yet the USA's deceitfulness isn't as transparent to the world. They still want to been seen as trying to fix the issue, when it's just getting worse.
